At De La Cruz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
